The SK-CIS Cap Inspection Station detects and rejects bottles with cross-threaded caps or those that are missing caps. A laser micrometer sensor provides quick and easy setup during changeovers. Being a stand-alone system, the unit can be placed on your packaging line anywhere after your capping machine or retorquer.
