The SureKap Bottle Unscrambler machine takes randomly loaded bulk bottles and automatically converts them into a controlled, single-file stream of upright containers ready for filling, capping, labeling, or other downstream packaging equipment. Designed to reduce the manual bottle handling required by traditional unscrambling tables, the system combines durable stainless-steel construction with flexible bottle handling and straightforward controls. The result is a practical automatic solution built around the needs of the application without unnecessary mechanical or controls complexity.
This machine is built to work with Volumetric Technologies Filling Machines as well as SureKap Capping machines, however it can easily be adapted to other existing lines. Designed by Excelis Automation, this machine is built to last, have good ROI and help you reach your production goals.
