Quality control with specialty equipment is an important aspect of product manufacturing. Failure to apply the right amount of torque to caps can lead to improper seals and leakers. The Kap-Check™ Model KC15 Digital Torque Monitor is a fully automatic, PLC-controlled, inline, torque measuring system. This specialty equipment unit is a perfect option for your new SureKap Capper or can easily be added to an existing SureKap Capper or Retorquer. The final application torque is measured and recorded for every container while continually displaying the bottles per minute count. Easily alerts an operator of a high or low torque condition on your specialty equipment.
