KC15 Digital Torque Monitor
Quality control is an important aspect of product manufacturing. Failure to apply the right amount of torque to caps can lead to improper seals and leaks. The Kap-Check™ Model KC15 Digital Torque Monitor is a fully automatic, PLC-controlled, inline torque measuring system. This unit is a perfect option for your new SureKap Automatic Bottle Capping Machine or can easily be added to an existing SureKap Capper or Retorquer. The final application torque is measured, displayed, and recorded for every container while continually displaying a count of the throughput. Visual and audio alerts make the operator aware of high or low torque conditions.
The KC15 Digital Torque Monitor is only compatible with SureKap cappers and tighteners.
