Technical Support
When you are in need of equipment technical support and consultation, we welcome your call to our GA manufacturing location at (770) 867-5793, during normal business hours (8:30 am - 5 pm est), Monday through Friday.

Each day, our highly-qualified and skilled Technical Support Representatives are on hand to help trouble shoot, problem solve and keep your line up and running. You'll be glad to know we maintain a detailed database of information and images (including electronic CAD files) and an extensive inventory of parts for every machine built by SureKap.

Parts
Do not lose valuable production time waiting for replacement or change parts. You have access to SureKap's huge inventory of parts. Whether you need to order by number or description we're ready to help determine the right part for your equipment. With us, most orders are shipped complete and available for next day arrival. Sales/Consulting

Warranty
All of our packaging equipment includes a one-year warranty on non-wear parts. Extended warranties are also available.
